2 days:Rafting on the Source of the Nile River

Rafting is one of the most attractive tourist activities in Uganda. With an oar raft (suntan raft) the ride along the Victoria Nile thrilling waves is an experience that leaves most tourists wondering. The source of the Nile River is such wonderful and breathtaking scenery that Uganda is proud of.

At this point, as the river is flowing out of Lake Victoria it uproars between heavily forested islands thus forming a spectacular point with raging waters that make rafters appreciate the game. Rafters plunge into these raging torrents and wade through the warm green pools as the sunshine crate a warming effect.

The Rafting and Bungee Jumping Itinerary:

Day 1:
After breakfast at Jinja Nile Resort, our guide will lead you to the Source of the Nile River. You will ride downstream across waves on the boogie boards with the guidance of our tour guide.

As you carve at varying speed across these waves the activity will definitely excite you. The various bird species downstream is exciting to birders. Seize an opportunity to view the Open-billed stork, vast numbers of cormorants, fish eagles, weaver birds and many other species.
Have an overnight at Jinja Nile Resort Hotel with a buffet (Full Board)

Day 2:
After your breakfast, in case you came along with your kids of 5 years and above, you may engage them on the rapids as they keep on jumping on rafts and kayaks and floating on boogie bards. The rafting on an 18-km stretch will be a wonderful activity as well. You will also enjoy the Nile High Bungee (44 meters)
